Option I: Host may choose to specily the time frame to guests. ie. covered drinks from a- / pm, then the barista will shut down the bar and the rate will thereafter be $100/hour ($125/hour Sundays). This must be predetermined and booked as such.

-Option 2: Host chooses covered drinks for the entire duration of the party @ $175/hour ($200/hour

Sundays)

Mon - Fri minimum 2 hour rental. Decor/setup may begin after 3:30pm, guests may arrive at 6pm.

Saturday minimum 2 hour rental. Decor/setup may begin after 3pm, guests may arrive at 3:30pm.

Sunday minimum 3 hour rental. Decor/setup and guest arrival times may be discussed.

Olf-site catering: delivery fee depends on location. Pickup is available.

The above options require that there are NO outside food or drinks except cake and decorated specially conside food for an ad dion to see pors Tood ON. Nobuside ur prodi a kind and NOCTO

No outside drinks of any kind and NO ALCOHOL.

Deposit: 1st half due 2 weeks before the event date and is Non-Refundable. 2nd half due 1 week before the event date. Cafe loyally rewards are not redeemable toward rentals or catering.

Decorating & take down hours are charged at the venue fee rate of $100/hr ($125/hr Sundays). NO outside florals or types of products that we sell in our boutique or cafe. Hours charged will end once you, the host has left the venue. Shopping the boutique after, staying to visit with guests, etc. will be charged the hourly venue fee as it requires a staff member on-site.

Credit card must be on file.

Due to the fragility of merchandise a supplies in our space, we can only accommodate guests ages 12 and up with the exception of non-mobile babies in arms, a carrier, stroller, wrap, etc.

In the event of damaged goods, the full cost will be billed to the party host. We will not ask your guest to pay for the damaged item. We will simply make you aware of the incident and charge it to the credit card

Pastry platter: $60 15 servings

Classic Sandwich platter: $123.75 30 half sandwiches -15 servings

Soup buffet: $101.25 Includes 2 seasonal soup options & supplies - 15 servings

Salad buffet: $147.75 Includes chef salad & caesar salad ingredients & supplies -15 servings

Brewed Coffee self-serve: $35/pot basic supplies included -10 servings

Lemonade or Iced Tea self-serve: $42 -15 servings. Flavor options available.

Pipe & drape: $150, blocks off the boutique.
